Help wiring two amps- high level inputs

I currently have a stock radio connected to a 4 channel amplifier via high level inputs. I have 6x9 in the rear and 5.25 in front. I recently picked up a 2 channel amp (bridgeable) to power a new sub box.

My question is: Neither of the amps have line level outs, so can I take the rear channel, for example, and split it to the two amps without damaging the head unit. In terms of impedance, will this fry the HU?
