Help wiring my Hifonics BXI608

I currently have a BXI608 powering one JL 12w3v2-4 sub. The sub is wired for a 2ohm load.

I don't think the amp is operating to it's full capacity for some reason. This bass is just too darn low. I'd like to know if the wiring to the speakers makes a difference at all. I currently have the two middle terminals + and - running to the sub. Does it matter if I use the outter pair, or the first + and the first -?

That's funny, I thought a JL 12w3v2-4 was a 4 ohm single vc sub.

Which means your slightly over rated 600w @ 1ohm amp is pushing

under 150w. Even if it's a JL 12w3v2-2 running at 2 ohms, that puts you

at just under 300w. That amp makes full power at 1 ohm.

The series u speak of is a 12w3v3, those are the single vc subs.
