help wiring dvc to 2ch amp.

i have a phoenix gold titanium 12 dvc ti12d sub. I want to run it to a 2 ch amp. do i just hook up one coil to the left output and one to the right. the amp is a power acoutik 850 watt amp

u could do it like that.....not sure if each channel has seperate gaine controls or not...but if they do they must be set identical....what i'd suggest doing tho if possible is to bridge the amp and use one channel

and wire the sub in perallel to get a 2 ohm load out of the dual 4 ohm coils.
