Help wiring a sub

Ok this is my plan, as long as it will work.

I was planning on buying a SoundStream XXX-15 and powering it with 4-PCA1500D 1 amp wired on each VC, its a quad 1.3 ohm impadence.

The PCA1500D is 1 ohm stable so it should be ok right? and after I get it all set up I was prolly going to take it to the audio shop to get it all tuned together with an o-scope. Will that wor or is there a better way to do it?
