Yes, and you sign a release everytime you apply for health/life insurance.

well we're not sure, but there's a slight chance that the people might have some kind of crappy insurance. the chance is small though, and it might only cover the hospital bills.

Check with your insurance company about under-insured/no fault insurance.

When I was in a hit and run, no fault insurance covered all of my hospital bills, my deductible, as well as my physical therapy bills.

I eventually found the person that hit me and we settled with their insurance company for $10,000.

i was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. i wasnt even high. i had smoked several hours before and i was being paranoid that if i didnt tell the paramedics that i smoked a little weed then they might misdiagnose me or something. i should have just kept my mouth shut. do the people write down that i smoked marijuana? or do they know that nothing they were going to give me would react with it and maybe they just left it out of the reports? they didnt take a blood test at the hospital. can i deny everything and say i was paranoid about being misdiagnosed and just say that i was around marijuana or something?

man this story is good this lady drove into me but i was stoned sooooooo..... then i told the dr i was stoned now im scared im gunna get in trouble because i cant man up for my actions.

When you smoke pot, you better be ready for any and all consequences.

so now we find out that this lady has really good insurance, and i think my parents are talking to ours or her insurance people tonight about the medical reports. they'll probably just look at the bills/costs right?

some insurance companies just say ,yeah we will pay and some go really indepth

It depends on the adjuster also.

When my car got in an accident the adjuster was on it right away.

Took about 1 week to get my car back from the day it was in the accident.

I dont think anyone here can give you a definate answer,sorry
