HELP!! very important legal question!!

So i'm on the way home from a friend's house last night and this black lady runs a stop sign and doesnt even check left before she makes a left turn. she pulls out in the intersection not giving me time to break enough. i smash her head on, air bags deployed, and i hit my head on something. i get out of the car and my head is bleeding like crazy. the lady's car caught on fire and someone broke the glass and dragged her out the window. i called the ambulance and they took us away on stretchers. i had a tiny waterbottle cap that i had turned into a bowl by melting a bit into it and putting a screen on it for a waterfall bong. my car was taken away cuz it was totalled. will my car be searched? i need help plz. i dont want my system and anything else to be impounded. help!

Its doubtful they will so as long as it isnt in plain sight you should be fine. But like stated above go get your shit asap

i was just describing the scene what happened. i wasnt trying to be racist or anything. i'm still shaken up about the whole thing. i wasnt wearing my seatbelt and i thought i was going to die. i was just walking around on the street and everyone was getting out of their cars and looking at me and saying help was on their way. just talking about it now shakes me up man.

how? i dont know where it is and i dont want to arouse suspicion by asking my mom. and my dad's at work so there's no other car i could take. man this sucks so bad. i cant stop freaking out

this happened to one of my buddies, he had a bag of pot and nothing happened to him idk exactly how he got out of it but you should be ok

oh and i just found out the lady i hit didnt have car insurance..

man i had all my nice fishing gear, and my shimano rod, and my system wasnt sounding right after i wrecked.
