help unit dnt turn on

hello there ok, i own Volkswagen jetta 1998 anyways , i was taking my head unit out it is after market, than i decided i didnt wnt to put on my other car, so i try wiring it back wit all my wiring sematic i wrote before i took the unit out, i put back and try but no power than for fun i was shaking the unit with everything plugged than i seen the unit power up a sec went back off, wat could be the problem
