Ok so if i have two dual 4 ohm subs and i wire each one down to 2 ohms. Then i have an amp that has four inputs, two positive and two negitive. if i hook both subs up to the amp (two seperate 2 ohm loads), the amp will see a one ohm load over all since it just internaly bridges the subs? correct or wrong?

best i could find as i cant remember, but an ia 40.1 is just 2 20.1s bridged.

i cant remember much concerning the way that they're wired, but worse that will happen is that the load will up to 4 ohms then you'll see less power, but you might as well just wire the subs together and not use the two different terminals.

whatever works, works.

I've never heard of a mono amp that has twin sets of terminals that were wired internally any way other than parallel.
