Help tuning amp to subs.

Hey guys, i seem to be having a bit of trouble setting up my amp to subs. Current setup: pioneer p6000ub headunit, 2 12" alpine type r's (4ohm dvc 3000w max 1000rms each) in a prefab ported box@40hrz tuned. Mean machine 4000.1 mono amp 2x2000@1ohm. Don't know what the ssf and lpf needs to be set to. Ssf dial has a range of 15-35hrz. Lpf dial range is 30-250. Bass boost 0-10db. Gain 6v-.2v. Port is in the middle of box. Let me know if any additional info is needed
