help,sub thump everytime I change a track?

everytime I change a track or change to the radio my sub thumps hard,I think its my brutius amp but i'm not sure,don't most amps take care of this problem?by the way when it thumps it's a really low frequency, so low it makes my sunroof hop about a centimeter.

yes check your ground and if not move it to another spot and try to reground it. If that still doesnt fix it check you rcas. I had a bad rca one time and that was weird i dont know why but i changed them and it fixed it, but didnt think that could cause it.
