I'd check the dustcap, and check that your not over driving the sub.

well I'm runnin a Rockford 1000 at less then half gain so it isn't being over drove so the dust cap was another concern. Would glue ing the cap down fix this or wat?

dadgum. Checked it out, didn't see anything loose but I might takeit back out tomorrow and tap every little ting to make sure there is nothin bad.
