Help Speakers stopped playing

Hey guys I have a JL 500/5, a pair of JBL Ms62 in the front, JL C2 in the rear, and 2 12's under the backseat. It's a 2006 GMC Sierra, I was playing my stereo fairly loud and my battery died and I didn't realize it. When I got my truck to crank, only the front speakers were working. Any ideas on why this happened and how to go about fixing it?
