HELP! Problem with Orion amp, ESP light blinking... wont turn on

so i just purchased an Orion HCCA-D2400 from someone in the classifieds here.... i wired it up and when i try to turn it on, the ESP Indicator light just blinks and the amp doesnt turn on... how do i fix this !?

ok the reason it was blinking and not turning on was because the rca voltage was wayy too low. I have since fixed the problem, however the amp is still stuck in that mode. How do i reset it? I've tried unplugging every wire and pluggin em back in but it wont work, someone please help

problem fixed, loose ground and tapping the speakers (bose system) before the amp.
