Help Pick an Amp

Ok, I'm looking for an amp to power my front and rear speakers. I'm going to run some rainbow cmx 265 kicks in front and clarion srr6985 6x9 in the back. my budget is $200.

Kicker makes good amps. RF....I was running a Fosgate Power T400-4 for a while, nice amp with a small footprint.

what do you think about the Avionixx axa 600.4?? i wanted at least 100watts pushing the rainbows and the clarions are rated at 280watts.

I am not familiar with that amp.....I myself would go with something used from another company.
