Help on Which Sub?

I am looking for a subwoofer that only needs @ 200 watts and sounds good.

It will need to be either a 10" or 12" and is going into a 2cu ft box tuned to 34hz for the time being.

I have looked into w3s and found that that may be what I am leaning towards, just because the fact that it doesnt need much to get it going.

Budget will need to stay @ $100(sorry that it isnt much, but it is for my brother)
