help on installing HU in a 97 mazda protege

ive installed many head units before, i gott the wire harness for the car, wired it up when to plug it into the deck and the car i would turn the car on and the deck wont turn on, its like there is no power going to the deck. i had a good ground connection, i didnt put the wire to the ignition yet tho.

what seems to be up?

The ignition wire must be connected in order for the deck to operate. Hope that helps.

that is also a fuse that likes to blow alot and not always the easiest to find.
