Could you maybe put 3-4 behind the back seat in a box?

The other 4 could go under each seat?

put 4 stacked or in a line in the rear behind the rear seat and 2 in the rear side panels and 2 in the door or make a kick panel....all of these will require a custom made box....good luck....

I think your best bet is to ditch the 8 12s since every idea posted so far you have shot down. Theres plenty of options out there where you can spend the extra money for a better sub and get the performace of 20 crappy subs. I dont know what subs particular you had in mind but you might as well just use less subs and give them more airspace to work with. Find a few powerful 15s and if you do it right they will hit just as hard or even harder than 8 12s. Too many people dont realize how much design can effect the performance of their system. If your set on your 8 12s but dont want to move your backseat or take up your whole bed you can try just building a box that takes up say half of your bed with a cutout and a sock to your cab. Also check into seat raising kits for your truck and maybe youll find a little more room just depending on the model of your truck. Goodluck!

thanks for all the replies, i have decided to make a box in the bed and get a bed cover, im getting 8 FREE id max's, (gift from dad and one of his freinds), thanks everyone for the help

sure, as soon as i get it done i will post it, im probaly going ported for 2 reasons 1) i live in texas, in the summer it gets like 110 at sometimes more air should keep my system cooler 2) ported gets a bit louder
