Help O Ohms

IM planning on buying 2 12 L7 2006 models and hooking it up to a kx 1200.1 amp? i know that the L7 come in 2 ohms and 4 ohms load is it tru since the kx amp is 1200rm 1 ohm stable i should get the 2ohm L7 to be wired to 1 ohm? is that correct? im a n00b at this and box will be better i have limited space a 00 honda civix/ so is my opinion corect or wrong? and where do i get info on tunning the box like 32 hz

For the 1 ohm load your looking for, get the dual 4 ohm subs.

2 subs, dual 4 ohms, can be wired to a 1 or 4 ohm load.

2 subs, dual 2 ohms, can be wired to a .5, 2, or 8 ohm load.
