ive been having a fuc*ing nightmare the MTX RE-Q5 processor for the past 3 years.

shits broken down so many times. its cost me so much just to deal with it. im ready to replace it with something better.

i need something with :

5 channels.

ipod (or auxilary)

bass restoration

sends remote output

how much is it? i've seen this, it has all the exact same features as the req. just not sure how good it is or if ill have problems with it since its so much like the req.

I've used all the above units in my car or in someone else's and all were awesome.

ive looked at all the audio controll units but they dont convince me. ive heard good things. but what i dont like about them is that theres not one unit that has all the good features (and the features i need).

for example: some have auxilary and others dont, some have the acu bass (which i really want/need). the lcq is hitting closest to home, but it doesnt have that bass restoration i need in my car to compensate for the factory singal that i will be feeding the unit.

or do you by any chance know if the bass restoration featuer actually makes that big of a difference? the only units ive seen with built in restoration (other than units intended JUST for that feature alone- like epicenter or re bass mechanik) are the req and the lcq.

Isent that autotek the same as this HIFONICS MX-1 PREMIUM HIGH-LOW CONVERTER+BASS REMOTE | eBay I haven't herd good things about the hifonics one
