Help me build SQ system for 1000$

Ok im looking for my first system - its going to be SQ system. I realy care a lot more about SQ then SPL. The budget is about 1000$ and if it can be a little less it would be perfect(so ill have money for good installation and wiring). I want the all system to run on 4 OHM. Here is what i think i need(tell me if im wrong) +specific things im looking for:

HU: I dont have specific things im looking for in my HU - just the one which is the most worthwhile for the money.

Component(front): Its important that the high sounds wont be strident.

Sub: Im looking for accurate sub and as i said qualty over power. I dont care if it will be single/double 10' 12' 15'.

Amp: Single one which will run both sub and comp or one for the sub and one for the comp, i realy dont care- i guess i want you to tell me which is better.

Im new to car audio so im sorry if i sound newbe(cuz i am one hehe)

I already did search and just got more confused so i decided to open this post.

As you see i dont have too much requirements- im just looking for the most worthwhile system i can get for 1K$.

My car is Fiat Punto 97'(HSD).

whole point to doing this would be to put the 5.25" in kicksand use the decks time alignment to get it right on.

x2 on that, with the DLS comps youd be sounding pretty **** good.
