help me blow these :)

My first system was from best buy and had 4 year warranties on all things. If I smoked a voicecoil, I took the sub in and they replaced em. If I smoked my amp, they replaced it. I think I went through 12 subs and about 3 amps. But I had warranties on em, so of course I was pushin' the gains:naughty:

lol smh i dont think they will refund you $ once you replaced it but i could be wrong..... maybe you should just keep them or sell them to some one else no need cheat n be shady bout things bro

wow, overnight lol.

look I went in there explaining my situation and how I have four year protection and he said we can't do nothin unless there blown I looked at him and thought "if you want me to blow em I will". I understand where your coming from perhaps I will sell them instead. now why does everyone always adress the question that's easiest to ***** about.

again will a big 3 upgrade help me blow em (would it help stop the amp from going into protection mode)

You just said you got them for really cheap...... y r u being a d!ck and trying to blow them.......... the big 3 wont blow your subs dude..... its pretty evident you know little about car audio so you deserve though kickercomps ..... lower your gain n take off the bass boost if your amp constantly goes into protect.

Here's the story of what went down

This kid sold me his amp and sub for cheap which he got from best buy. The sub was originally a single 12" polk audio. Once set up in my car it blew almost instantly. I went to best buy with this kids protection and was able to swap em out for a new one. That one also instantly blew. Well not only was my amp too much for the polk audio (which was a recommended sub FOR my amp from best buy) those polk audio's were faulty and they all would start to blow hooked up to almost any amp.

So this guy decides these 2 12" kickers would be the perfect match for my sub (300w rms 2ohm subs, 900w rms amp @ 2ohms) I spent the extra 100 and got those. I bought the 4 year protection, but about 40 days after my purchase I decided I needed to use my amp to its full potential (or at least be able to when I upgrade my electrical system) so I went in to swap out the sub for another one that could handle the watts, and they said it had to be blown. So I thought, fine I'll blow them, come get a new one, and return it for cash within 30 days (lady pretty much told me it would work, it's at least worth a try)

I might just sell them now but it's not my fault kickers letting morons at best buy sell there subs.

It is just retarded that people resort to abusing warranties! Sell your crap on Craigslist and call it a day. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nutkick.gif.acc8dcd6c1bd27fba0cbeda5b212085c.gif

I hope all the big box stores like Best Buy go the route of Circuit City......down and out. Its no wonder when you can buy a 50" TV on Friday and return it after the Super Bowl, no questions asked.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/greedy.gif.5a53e6246569d7ab79867170f3b06629.gif

If you bought the wrong subs for your amp, who is to blame? The punk salesman who works on commission, or the consumer who should know what they are buying before they buy it? At least research what you can before you make a purchase.

I also wanted to see a pic of a couple of fresh blunts when I saw the thread title! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
