help me blow these :)

hi I have stock electric, a kenwood KAC-9104d 900w rms at 2ohms, and 2 12" comp kickers 300w rms 2 ohms all together according to the web. I have the subs under 4 year warranty and I want to exchange em and then return for cash within 30 days to buy something better (they fell into my lap for really cheap, kid wrecked his car)

when I try to push my subs my amp goes into protection mode, any tips?

and would a big 3 upgrade help me blow them?

Don't be so mean to him!

Turn the gain as far clockwise as possible. Turn every booster you have up. Be sure to turn down your mids and highs so you don't blow your speakers!

And then turn the volume up. If the amp stops working(like you said it has), then plug the wires into the wall socket. Boom.

Why you steal my avatar bro?

Wow. This is the reason for many companies getting so hard on warranty. Warranty is not intended as insurance; it is intended to cover manufacturers defects. It is so often abused in car audio as an insurance policy.

How about just selling them subs ?
