i just ordered a box for my Jeep wrangler that holds (3) 10's. sealed, downfiring. 2.0 cubes. what subs would you load it with? what amp would you push them with? budget of 1,000 for amp and subs. thanks, - Ed

JL, JBL amp. Cuz you got three subs which will yield an un-even ohm configuration. And 3 RE SE's.

How much clearance does your box have? My buddy has a downfire box built for his TJ and has 2 type r's in it. Sounds pretty nice BUT when up high the subs hit the floor on some notes. So now we have to add another inch on the bottom. How much power you lookin to run? More SPL or SQ? I was just gonna recommend SE's but see trigger already has. Maybe run a mono amp to each one? Do you mind buying off ebay and what not? Or is your $1000 strictly retail? Are you keeping your electrical system stock?

stock electrical system, i believe there is 2 inches of clearance, i would say spl with the top off, but sq, i want it to be loud and sound good. id buy off of ebay if the price was better... i dont want cheap equipment. what is an RE SE?thanks guys! - Ed

3 dual 6ohm subs can be wired to a single 4 ohm wire terminal.

Or if you can find 3 12ohm subs that woudl work as well.

what dual 6 ohm subs do you guys suggest in my price range? i think i have found options in JLw3, MA100D6, audiobahn: ALUM10N. I like the RE SE's arent dual 6 ohm. what companies am i missing? is there any other options than dual 6ohm?

Lil help? anybody have success with a tri 10 sub amp combo with the same airspace i have to work with ? 2.0 total, .66 per chamber. thanks
