Help installing aftermarket head unit with existing amps connected to factory stereo

I am trying to figure out what I need to do to install a after market head unit to my car audio system. Currently I have a factory head unit that is wired two Jensen amps that runs Boston acoustic speakers in the doors and two Boston acoustic 12" subs. I am not sure what I need to disconnect or ad to connect the new head unit.
