Help! Dimming headlights still!

tell us exactly what you did and what you ran and what equipment you are using and what car you are driving. how many batteries you are runing, what size wire you laid down...

Ive got a 400 watt max vibe a0 connected to a vibe slick 12". Ive then got a directed electronics 600 watt max amp connected to vibe 6x9's with hpf on so no bass. Ive got either 10 gauge or 8 gauge power wire running to amps. Ive run 4 gauge for big 3 and installed a varta 60ah battery. ive just got the one battery. Its a renault clio 1.2 with 70 ah alternator...

I would say upgrade your power wire to the amps to at least 4 gauge, after that - if you're still having problems, upgrade your big 3 wires to 1/0 gauge.

Are you sure your big 3 grounds are good? I had to change my ground wire from battery neg to chassis and it solved my dimming issue. I just crimped my 0 gauge wires the first time around instead of soldering and crimping them. I was lazy. Doing it right solved my problem.

100a alt (stock)

1400w RMS Audio

Kinetic HC1400 under hood

0 gauge wiring

I will do this when i get chance... but what inline fuse will i have to use? because they supply a 60a fuse with the kit... my amps have 2 x 20a on one and 2 x 15a on the other. I have been told u have to add them together but at the moment ive only got a 20A Fuse and its not blowing even when really loud!?
