Help Choosing Sub for .68 cu. ft. Airspace

I bought the enclosures from bassforms (Horrible company by the way).

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.

I guess my question boils down to if my airspace is .68, and I had to choose between subs requiring about .2 less airspace or .2 more airspace, what would be the better choice and why?

I really don't know how it will sound in your box, I think it is to small and while it will sound great at lower levels, when you turn it up it will not have the air it needs to really hit the notes. I hope that makes sence because I am not sure how to explain it. I LOVE the IDQ Sub's they are what I have in my truck. I first had them in a tiny box close to what you have and they sounded really good but when turned up they just could not play well. I knew it was the box so I took the stuff out and fiberglassed a box into the back floor that gave them 1.10CF of air instead of the .60 they use to have. The subs now play so much better, it is night and day. I am with you on the small space I have two small kids and must keep my back seat, that leaves no room for subs, the problem is you're just not going to get the sound you want without some room, their is just no way. Either small sound and room or.....BIG sound and no room.

they arent going to get too loud, but polk mm 10s work in .66 cubic feet. wish i would have had polyfill in my sealed boxes before i went ported to know if they could get lower
And you know that "they aren't going to get too loud" because of personal experience? On average a single BM mkIII in its recommended sealed enclosure of 0.5 ft^3 manages a 135 on the TL sealed up on the dash. For a subwoofer that can fit in a shoe box sized sealed enclosure I'd say that's a pretty good score. Of course that's with minimal distortion which you may not care for. If you're after a driver you can beat the piss out of all day long while SQ takes a back seat by all means do NOT look at a BM mkIII.
