sounds really good.

those ssds get real low and sound real nice doin it. its a great overall sub.

u wanna get a amp to power those speaker tho. With that much substage, u will need something to keep up with it.

have u ever installed a systme before, read up on here, and im sure u can do it urself.

ya i installed my current system by myself, but its only the dual subs and an amp, and the wires arent hidden very well haha.

just pull up the panels and push the wires under the carpet.

Its kinda tricky taking off ur door panels tho....maybe just have ur components professionally installed

Why are you guys encouraging this guy to throw down 2000rms on this stereo? it sounds like hed be perfectly happy with a set of Alpine Type R 12's, prefab ported box on ebay for the R's. 1000-1200rms watt 1 chanel amp and his substage is done. More than what hes asking for. For like $450 TOPS including box amp and subs.

The PG rsd 6.5" component speakers are a good buy, I have 2 sets in my car run on about 50watts rms each and they sound great, 1 set with a little more wattage in ur car would be fine.

You honestly dont need the shit I see being recomended to you though, 2 12" type R 12's will give plenty of boom but still sound good doing it and will barely break the bank. Step up to 15's if you got the room, but the sell perfect prefab ported boxes on ebay for 2 12's.

Go that route.

if you dont want overkill, you dont need two ssd's

just get one, get a 1200watt hifonics amp

get some rsd's

a cheap two channel, you can get a kicker with more than enough power from the classifieds here for under a hundred.

and get a nice HU, there are also a couple for sale here. i recommend you buy here over ebay, prices are way cheaper

And just so you know, the tokin junky above me said for you to buy a 2000rms watt amp + a componenet amp. Theres no way in ****ing hell your saturn came with a decent alternator that would come close to powerring that, so youd need a HO alt. Run ya another $300+

Still with 2 Alpine Type R 12's ported on 1000ish watts. Or look at Audioque.com @ there SDC 2.5 line and check out the 12/15's. THere pretty cheap though. Im running 4 of the 15's and they bang like a mutha fuka

if you want to go even cheaper a single type R off 800+ watts will be good, but the SSD will definitely sound alot better than the type R though
