Help Chevy Sonic Chime too Loud

Hi everybody I need help with my Chevy Sonic. I just added a new system and the seat belt chime and blinker clicking is so loud I cant take it. There has to be a way to disable them Help.

Great What???? Dude this is more serious than you can emagine. I don't have to turn on my system to wake the neighbors all I have to do is turn on the key and pop open the door!

You put a high low level converter on the front speakers didn't you?

The chimes are run through the front left speaker so if you tie to it it amplifies the chimes. Just tie to the rear speakers and tuck the factor tweeter away for the chimes

Yeah A PAC AA GM44, it keeps me from having to cut into the factory harness, Uh thanks I just had the ah-ha moment I need...

Just cut the front speaker connection going into the hi/low comvertor

I did the same on my chevy cruze several years back. Took me several years to learn this though since I totaled my 2011 and haven't yet tried to add speakers to my 2014
