Help Chevy Sonic Chime too Loud

You put a high low level converter on the front speakers didn't you?

The chimes are run through the front left speaker so if you tie to it it amplifies the chimes. Just tie to the rear speakers and tuck the factor tweeter away for the chimes

Just cut the front speaker connection going into the hi/low comvertor

I did the same on my chevy cruze several years back. Took me several years to learn this though since I totaled my 2011 and haven't yet tried to add speakers to my 2014

Honestly I don't think it would be hard for them to make it where you use android auto AND your own music source. They made it able to do so...

Agreed with this here. Since you have the unit pulled out of the car/dash...test it at your car battery directly for operation. very simple to do...

This may be an option for you as well. Im sure Amazon has them on theyre site also to be purchased. Great amps...
