help a newbie

i have a 2006 ford f250. and i was thinking of getting (2) JL audio 13.5 TW5's and have a local audio shop (audio advisors) build a box to go under my backseat. my question is what will sound better a sealed, or ported box? one of the installers there told me that it will hit harder in a sealed box aimed at the floor on stilts... is this correct? i want my system to hit HARD and have ppl hear me coming but at the same time want good sound quality. im thinking of powering the 2 tw5's with a 1200D sundown audio amp. thank you

and 1 more question is in regards to ohms is it the lower the ohms the better/ louder??
