i am very new to this, so this is one of the many questions that came up: what is the best way to mount an amp in the trunk of my car? on the floor, on the seat back. i know youre not supposed to mount them on the sub box so i am not doing that. any input will be appreciated.

anywhere that it will have some good ventalation should be ok. Just make sure that u check before u mount, dont wanna drill through ur gas tank or nething like that..

Subbox is fine, just be shure to isolate it with some rubber washers.

And you can mount an amp any excepy upside down ( unless stated other wise) your amp will overheat.

what about using a rack? they make one for a MTX TC3001 MONO?
