Help!! 2015 Malibu nightmare

First time on this forum I'm having trouble getting a speaker system to work, I'm not the best are wiring but I think I did it right! I attached photos of how I did it if someone could please help me out! The way I did it did not work and now my radio fuse blows every time I put a 15amp fuse in and the touch screen doesn't work.

Check your wiring. Make sure nothing is touching and shorting out. Causing fuses to blow.

Also examine your grounding wire. Clean. Bare metal connection

WTF is that IEC thing? Did you buy it new? Did you follow the instructions? How did you confirm which factory wires you connected it to?
