So im going to go with hdc3's.

no doubt about it.

but i have sooo many questions.

should i get the aluminum coils, or will the copper coils work fine? im never going to compete, but i WILL show off. so consider that. i wanna be able to super bang with no fears.

should i get 1 15? or 2 tens? i have a true trunk setup. so i have limited space to give it the box it needs if i go with the 15.

i think im going to go with 2 tens, copper coils, in d2. that way i can have more cone area and more port area. i can fit 2 tens easily, and give them a box they can actually breathe in.

amp to run them is still a question.

One 15" has more cone area than two 10" subwoofers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif A 15" is more comparable to two 12" subs, but the two 12"s have a tad more cone area than the 15"

^^^lol I'm too slow...

my bad about the tens having more cone area. i wasnt thinking.

would i want to go with d1?

and most of these questions went unanswered, because i had to be told 2000000 times that a 15 has more cone area.

Same ratio from a single 15 to two 10's as from two 12's to a single 15 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif.

If you want to wire your subs to 1 ohm then ya D1 is the way to go. If youre gona go with one 15" then you want a D2 to wire to 1 ohm
