I just did a seat lift, and gained about .8-.1 cu ft. My box I have the 8s in now is 3.0 cu ft after port displacement, but not sub displacement. I did some rough calculations and got about 3.8 gross after this new seat lift has been installed. I have TBH designing me a box as I type this lol

If by Ah you mean me, what do you want me to say? lol Those are nice subs, basically the same as the infamous Sunfires (TC) that have a huge fan base in the home audio world.

As far as the enclosure, Im too lazy to reread the whole thread... is the enclosure going to up-fire into the bottom of the back seat? Ive never been a big fan of that type of install, because you are basically firing your speakers into a giant foam cushion, which will absorb sound to decrease output, and alter perceived frequency response. I do however realize that car audio is all about compromises, so if it must be that way, it must. Just putting that out there so you realize.

The enclosure will be forward fire, with 2 4" ports side firing...

My current enclosure that I have the 5 8s in, is about 2.4-2.5 cu ft net forward fire with 2 3" aero ports. I am having another enclosure designed, which should be bigger because I added a 2" seat lift to the back seat, and my rough calculations gained me about .8 cu ft over my current one.
