Those crossovers look a lot like my Rainbow crossovers.

if it were me, i would stay away. look iffy to me. but the crossovers do look similar to a focal one i saw.

It's Scan-Speak, can't be all THAT bad.

The tweeter does look cheesy as he!l, but the specs look good and the mid doesn't look to bad either.

Tweeter looks like Alpine Type-X tweet (which has been OEM'ed by Scanspeal in the past). I'd give em a try...
