GUYS...I need help deciding...

Ok, I know everyone is probably getting annoyed by my VS. threads, but I can't help it.....

I'm looking for a system that will get LOUD!

My only problem is that I don't know what subs to get....

I want two 12's, and I have narrowed it down to a couple of choices..

-Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection's

-Resonant Engineering SX's

-SI Magnum's

-Kicker L7's

The amp I will be using will depend solely on the subwoofers I buy..

And I would like to be a little more on the SPL side....

Invision all of this going in the trunk of a 99' Grand Prix.......

those are all great woofers, id personally go for the mag's or the sx's

but thats just me, depending on what you power them with/box you put them in, the L7's would probably be the loudest though, but the mags and sx's would wang like a mother too

the magnums are going to be hard to come by unless u buy used. i don't believe nick has any new ones in stock currently.

also, of those choices, the L7's will most likely be your loudest option. especially since ur leaning to the spl side. and as a coincidence, i just help put 2 12" L5's in a 2000 grand prix, being oushed by a memphis pr1000d, tuned to 40hz i believe. though i don't believe the kid, he said the combo keeps blowing the trunk lid open. who knows? what i do know is that the combo is indeed loud.

hey, i had the same problem with my prix and the old system......one hard note......the trunk pops open.....he's probably not lying......

^ yeah i would too lol. ive heard 2 12" L7's b4 there LOUDDDD!!!! if u want spl go with those. can get sum real good prices on ebay too. they tend to pull at the corners and distort from what ive heard but there worth a try

did ur do it while driving or sitting or both?

the lethal injections are also a good choice, can get mad loud if put in right box, kicker would also be an option if u don't mind having crappy sq....

the magnums will be the most efficient of the one's listed, my 15'' mag is running off only 600 watts sealed (recommended by SI is 950 rms) and believe me it's extremely loud and ohhhh the SQ! never heard anything like this sub, best sounding sub I've ever heard (heard W7 and XXX in proper setups with proper box/watts). but you will have to wait until at least january for these subs to be availble, but also the prices listed on SIs website will be dropping according to Nick and they are cheap as it is!

Magnums hands down...they'll annihlate any of the choices listed above. AND as said befor the most efficient. I owned two 12's (sold them...biggest mistake i've made!) I hade them in 2.5 cubes each @33hz w/ an avionixx 1200.2 on each one....WOWOWOWOWOWO! around january...SI should be up and running...they're worth the wait. peace
