I don't know why i told you guys the speakers distort at 80hz, i reset the crossover to 80hz for the speakers and they don't distort at all, they sound fine. Im still curious what the deal is with the sub not hitting as hard (although still retaining the same loudness).

I'm not understanding how you are EQing things... I'm not sure how eclipse HUs work, but on most headunits the EQ is just for the speakers, and there is just another seperate section for the subout where you can adjust the level and LPF. If you can get there, set the LPF to 80 and adjust the level to where you like. Boosting 60 hz like that is probably what would make your speakers distort, and boosting 100 will do almost nothing for your sub but make your midbass come out. If boosting 60 hz is affecting your sub, then forget anything i've said so far... because your headunit is different than what i'm used to. But even then, I wouldn't really boost 60 hz because thats not exactly a frequency you want your sub to peak at.

Makes sense. So i guess the only way is for me to increase the amp gain, or turn up bass boost on the amp?
