Greed of BMW

Got the window in and it's fixed! Mostly.....for some reason it won't automatically roll up now. It'll role down by doing the double click on the switch (two step up/down switches), but only the passenger rear window that I replaced the actuator on won't role up automatically, I have to hold it. Doesn't matter which switch I use. Wonder why that is? I'm gonna disconnect the battery and see if that resets anything. Need to charge it anyways from having the doors open for so long from working on this.

Anybody know why it won't roll up by itself when activated in that manner? It's weird, it'll roll down, but not up without manually holding it all the way. Not a big deal really, just curious to see if I can fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Wound up spending 77.28 to fix it. They modulator I bought was doodoo kind of, one of the studs was sort of small and get cross threaded before I ever even got it tightened down all they, so I rigged some stuff up. The studs were also a little too far down, pushing the window too far up, causing a safety feature to enact where the window wouldn't roll up without rolling half way down. So it had to bend the studs upwards to fix it. It works fully, and it was a b*tch.

Here's the rigged nut and stud, little bit of JB weld in the threads:

The window works just like it did from the factory now. Drove it around the other day to make sure nothing was going to bump loose, and nothing did so I think I’m golden. I did overwork myself a bit doing it because of the modifications I had to make. But I’m happy overall. I definitely wouldn’t buy the actuator/modulator that I did again. Did not fit in the factory stud holes correctly. Hopefully none of my other windows break! Lol
