Love to see a trunk getting loud! Yes it is alot harder to get a 47+ out of a trunk especially rear firing. That's what makes it fun....the challenge.

We got my friends 98 Cavy to 149.8(in kick) with 4 SS2000s and 2 12 BTLs, firing forward tuned to like 45hz

It totally possible, My GF has an 02 with Accord with 1 saz 1500 and 2 DR 12s and does a 45 and change.

Maybe your friends install just isn't done right?

Firing foward isn't always the best route to go...ask any of the NSPL guys

What do you all need for proof that he is doing this score. LOL. Same box design I did 150.8 street beat out of my Intrepid with 4000 rms and 2 Massive DMX. He is coming to my house tomorrow we will video this Bi_ch doing a 150+. If you are in the area come on over.There is a member on here that knows a guy doing a 156 out a trunk in streetc. He also has a few world records, well obviously.

I could probably bust a 150 if my shit didn't peak so low. Might raise box tuning a few more Hz to see what it does, but I don't want to ruin how good it sounds on music.

Forward firing has better SQ in my car with the few sets up I've tried, but never compared for SPL.

Just got done doing the videos. Matt is on the way home right now. He lives about 20 miles from me so expect them tonite. Anyway a 151.1 for tonite. Expect to see over a 152 on our next taping with his new subs and amps.. We have offically beat my old record of a 150.9.

But we did all formats. In the kick, on the windshield sealed up noone in it, on the windshield driver in the car, and at the headrest which we were not sure if we did it right but we tried. Also he was down .7 tonite.
