Got myself a new car for my Bday today! Can you help me install sub/amp wiring today?

you would not need to rewire it...
You have a power cable, rca's, remote wire..

If you got the amp disconnect the battery.. Connect the power cable to the amp 12v, connect the rcas to the rca connections, connect the remote wire to the remote.

Then im sure that farad cap has a ground so connect the ground to the amp then run some speaker wires from the amp to the subs..

Just 100% check all wire are correct before connecting your battery and make sure you have fuses in the correct spots.

You dont need years of experience. You just need 30 mins to a hour and lots of detail check.. Its not rocket science.
Should I just ignore those cables we can't figure out? The "cable D" cables?

Also I've had people say the sub remote volume control is the phone jack and also cable B and D. One guy said pretty confidently it's not B though and another said pretty confidently it is E, the phone jack

My concern is you pulled out the power wires that were tucked in. Was the positive at least taped? If not, you need to check the fuse (which should be near the batt) because I'd be surprised if it's still hot. The remote bass gain is the phone jack.....guaranteed.

If you come to NYC I'll help you out.

My guess and i wouldnt trust this fully since i dont have access to the car, but...

Cable A: Pull that cable fully out and that will be sub woofer cables that go to the amp and sub box.

Cable B: Looks to be the smallest cable on the pic meaning it would be the remote turn on from the Headunit

Cable C: Those RCA come from the Headunit and would plug straight to the amp RCA input

Cable D: Looks to be the end of Cable A to be connected to the amp or subs.. Just pull it fully out.

Cable E: Left over remote bass knob from previous amp so not needed

Cable F: Blue wire i imagine goes to the batter and white wire is the ground (if i wired it then it would be that way, but very simple to check)

Before you start messing with the power cables DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND MAKE SURE IT IS NOT CONNECTED!!!!.

Also pop open the hood and see if you have a blue or white wire somewhere there... This will tell you which color is your power wire and also find if it has a fuse.

whichever cable is the phone cable, that is the remote gain knob. however, you will have to run a new one anyway unless the guy before you had an aq. seems every amp I go with uses a different cable or wiring combo then the next for the remote knob
