got my system hooked up

2 15'' L7's ported powered by hk4000d dam i thought i knew what loud was now i really know loud...lol my ears actually hurt now and more of my car shakes. heres some pics i would make a flex video but this old lady always complains. i got it all wired up yesterday for $80 local shop.

the voltage drops between 10 and 12.7 when im playing it loud doesnt affect the bass or anything. it just switches back n forth. what you guys think?

If you're running that much power all the way to your trunk, you need either A) 0 gauge wire to the trunk, or B) Big 3 upgrade under the hood, or C) HO alternator...or all three.

voltage drop makes components draw much more power and try a lot harder to produce power.

A steady voltage is key to prolonging equipment life.

the only other thing ill do is add another battery in the trunk would that keep the voltage steady? if so ill do that in a day or two

YOU NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 0 GAUGE!!! 4 gauge on that much power will melt... Voltage drops like that, you need to do the Big 3 upgrade, and what is the stock amperage of your alt.?
