who said walking will get you arrested??? I said searched...come to the southside back in high school when I never EVER even looked at weed Ive been stoped on the sidewalk and searched 7 times throught my 4 years.....

if they smell, or see anything illegal by standing outside the car, thats grounds for a search. if they ASK you for permission, you have the right to say no. and if they do anyways, they can still arrest you/impound your shit, but the evidence will be thrown out in court if you can convince the judge it was an improper search.

but what could I do if the weed charge gets dismissed...my court date is next month so I know I could probably challenge the noise violation after my court date for the weed...If it gets dismissed then cant I have some better grounds to fight my noise violation???

Why fight when you know you are in the wrong?

When knowingly breaking laws, it is best to peacefully take punishment with little resistance. This usually produces the lightest punishment.

The sound violation is the least of your worries in this case. If you get a lawyer you may get lucky enough to have it the only problem in this case.

We do have a right to judge because you put it out here for us to do so.
