Got locked up...

I need some help guys, last night on my way home i got pulled over for my sounds and the guy was saying it was to loud although I never agreed to that or said my sounds but one thing led to another and they searched my car and found one little bag of weed and they arrested me. My car got impounded and now I have to go up there and get it. I was wondering about going to fight this and try and get my money back. The guy never showed me a meter or anything with my sounds being loud he just went off ear. Is it possible I can win this and get my money back?? Also how does this work will I be able to get all my money back that I spent on getting my car out the impound??? Its about to cost me somewhere around 600 to get it out but I will see.

heres a idea dont drive around with your sh8t up with weed in the car and this wouldnt have happen

Honestly the bag that they found was lost in my car from a couple of days ago...I couldnt find it and I didnt think they were gonna be able to find it...The possession charge isnt what Im trying to fight because Im pretty sure thats going to get dismissed...Im just talking specifically for my sounds....

well how do you think it's getting dismissed? what's the "one thing led to another" story? your car was impounded because you got arrested because you had weed. there is no getting that cash back. trust me, i've done this also.

Lmao. Charges with weed won't get dismissed.

Don't do drugs like your mommy always told ya, and you wouldn't have had this problem. At worst all you would have had is a small ticket for sound violation. Now you're stuck with a nice record on you.

Well ive been arrested for weed before but it was around 5 grams when that happened...this was for less than .5 of a gram which I cant believe that ******* cop took me in for....When he pulled me over he told me about my sounds I denied it...he then asked me if I had anything in the car and I said no and then asked me to step out of the car...I said for what reason and he said cuz he smells weed in the car...I didnt want to get out because there was nothing visible but I thought it would be better since I honestly couldnt find that bag and even if it they found it...it was just a bag I thought I was gonna be ok with it...he found it and took me in....Ive known many of friends who have got taken in for weed and its got dismissed because they dont care about small charges like these...My 1st one got dismissed...

Must be a different area... Because the last kid I saw get arrested for weed was put on probation for a year, and expelled from his school. They haven't really messed around with it here...

Since I don't do drugs, it makes it easy not to get caught. So I don't have personal experience, thankfully.
