im not about to get locked up....small weed charges get dismissed in chicago...they deal with 200+ cases a day...do you think cops really want to go to court for every little weed charge they bring in???? honestly????

I thought that was some BS when I first heard about it, but my friend's father said he got stopped in Montgomery for blasting his factory system. this was all of like 13 years ago too. I think it's 30 feet.

They need meters n shit before pulling you over. The meters can't be AC meters either. They only accept TL meters in court. Once you beat that then they can't pin the possession because they pulled you over with cause in the first place. That would be illegal search and seizure n shit.

Drop a grip on a good lawyer and watch this shit go away and prolly get the cops on suspension.

a couple years ago i used to always get ****ed with by cops. not because i was loud, but because i got searched once, and they found a pipe and a bag and just took it and let me go. then that SAME cop pulled me 3 other times. he also knew my license was suspended at the time. but i just paid it all off, got a lawyer and the cop never showed in court. felony possession of controlled substance (my brothers script for IDK what) and misdemeanor charges just dropped.
