i got a misdemeanor for possesion and only got some fines. and even that was >$500. could be different for the area though, and if it's a first offense. but i've had shit thrown out before also. you never know really. but it's only a misdemeanor so it's not a "nice record" or whatever.

Well ive been arrested for weed before but it was around 5 grams when that happened...this was for less than .5 of a gram which I cant believe that ******* cop took me in for....When he pulled me over he told me about my sounds I denied it...he then asked me if I had anything in the car and I said no and then asked me to step out of the car...I said for what reason and he said cuz he smells weed in the car...I didnt want to get out because there was nothing visible but I thought it would be better since I honestly couldnt find that bag and even if it they found it...it was just a bag I thought I was gonna be ok with it...he found it and took me in....Ive known many of friends who have got taken in for weed and its got dismissed because they dont care about small charges like these...My 1st one got dismissed...

In Michigan they don't. How about you pay your penalty, quit bumping, and quit carrying weed with you? I know that will be hard a ****ing retard to do, but I'm sure you can do that.

just keep with the "not guilty" if it goes to court. see if they are gonna pursue it. if they are, get a lawyer. and look for the arresting officer in the court room. if he's a no-show, the case gets tossed.

They will impound your car in Chicago for noise ordinance violation. I never turn it up when I drive to the city. It's not worth it. They do ticket you here in NW Indiana. I've had one about 2 years ago. $125 for my first violation. I'm a lot more careful now and don't really listen to too much crap anymore, mostly rock now and for some reason the cops around here don't care too much about that.

Honestly Im not worried about the weed charge....9 times out 10 its gonna get dismissed the cops said he wasnt even going to show up to court( dont know if I can believe him but the last one said that and didnt show up)
