I know last night was my first time in 7 months...Ive been searched 6 times since my last arrest and came back clean every time...Honestly if I coulda found that bag it wouldnt of been no where in my car...

how about **** you???? Ever since the 1st time I got arrested I never carried weed in my car...I never even bought more than 2 grams at a time since then and have replaced my weed usage with cigarettes....

Last time I got arrested I had about 8 blunt roaches in the ashtray. Cop took them in and tested them and just threw it all away. The guy said my shit must not be very good.

Honestly Im not worried about the weed charge....9 times out 10 its gonna get dismissed the cops said he wasnt even going to show up to court( dont know if I can believe him but the last one said that and didnt show up)

if thats true then you have nothing to worry about. just pay to get your car, and go to court when the time comes. if he's a no-show, they'll reschedule. if he's a no-show for a second time it'll probably be dismissed. but if you don't show it'll probably go the other way.

ok I havent quit completely but Ive greatly cleaned up my act when around weed...but thats not what Im hear to talk about....I am almost 100% certain my weed charge is going to get thrown out....Im not hear to talk about the weed charge...Im here to talk about the sound violation....Can someone please chime in with information on how to fight my sound violation....

I need some help guys, last night on my way home i got pulled over for my sounds and the guy was saying it was to loud although I never agreed to that or said my sounds but one thing led to another and they searched my car and found one little bag of weed and they arrested me. My car got impounded and now I have to go up there and get it. I was wondering about going to fight this and try and get my money back. The guy never showed me a meter or anything with my sounds being loud he just went off ear. Is it possible I can win this and get my money back?? Also how does this work will I be able to get all my money back that I spent on getting my car out the impound??? Its about to cost me somewhere around 600 to get it out but I will see.

If you can afford a lawyer then you can get off charges or paying more fines. ONLY if you get a lawyer.

You won't get your impound fees back tho.

I dont attract attention from cops...living in chicago as a young male is different from living in your city...if you walk down the street most likely you are gonna get stoped and searched....

You're SOL Brah, Just pay the 600 and that's that. You had weed in the car. The biggest crime trumps all. I've never had my car searched for anything even when I had limo tint all around. Where were you at?
