What is the model number for the amp?

The kenwood 8151D puts out 550 watts rms into 2ohms, the 9102D puts out 850 watts rms into 2 ohms and the 9152D puts out 950 watts rms into 1ohm

Too much. Watch your gains. I know Toxic Tuan was throwing over 1000w sine waves to the atlas but still from what i've heard the atlas gets really iffy above 400w if pushed hard.

hahaha well yeah im sure its about 525rms i'd have to take a look at the guide, but yeah i really just want to do 1 15" sub, so i may still try the atlas and just be sure i don't overpower it...or maybe an avalanche???

No he was pushing upwards of 3000w on 1 avalanche. But he also ran over 1000w to the atlas //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

And if you are talking about the video from Toxic bass thats not even tuan thats someone else.

Yeah but thats with perfectly clean power on sine waves for short burps. Don't try and push it with over 500w daily. If you run it into clipping at all on that amp you will be highly at risk for a blown sub.

Yeah he did with avalanche and atlas. He ran lots of power to both. The video thats floating around is of 2 avalanches. Tuan kept posting about the 1000s of watts he was throwing at the avalanche, but a few times he posted about giving the atlas over 1000w too. This was over at SIN though.
