OK, first of all I understand that software like WinISD and BPP are to synthetic and most often won't depict real world response 100%. It has to be a good start though to get a feel for a woofer. In any event I am only using these graphs to get a handle on what makes a good daily SQL woofer. Using these graphs which color looks like a good candidate for a daily SQL enclosure. This is using the same driver with the same power driving it. Please explain why YOU feel the color you choose would be a good candidate. Since environment can make one choice better than other, lets say for arguments sake it is going into a small wagon/crossover/whatever vehicle like an HHR or PT cruiser. The sub would also only be used for sub 60hz with a dedicated midbass.

My thoughts are this. Teal isn't a good compromise because it's group delay is the highest in the critical 40 - 60 hz region. For it's response this doesn't seem acceptable even if it will benefit from cabn gain. Yellow has the least Group delay but the least ouput, but it's response would probably yield the flattest when cabin gain factors in. Green red and white are where my choices get hard. Personally it looks to me like white is the best overall compromise. It can get loud and low naturally and I can EQ it flat when I want. The Group delay rises fairly high but it is in the sub 30hz area so is it really an issue? According to WinISD for what it is worth the white line will also take the most power mechanically and have the most potential should I want to add more power down the road. Of course that can only be taken with a grain of salt onm its accuracy.

Hmmmm, I would go with green. Good response and steady at higher HZ. Although it isn't the most power hungry, it's looks as if it would have a more suttle response. Sorry, at the bad explanation.

No it was good. I understand what your getting at. It is similiar to white except as you said it is more consistent in the higher bands. I just chose the whiteover it because green has the highest delay peak. In honestly the only difference between green and white is the final load, so they should perform very similiar.

White. The green would probably have a "loose" sound or lagged in the low end.
What is the red enclosure and what sub(s) are you planning on using?
I was gonna disclose enclosures after I got a few responses. The results are probably pretty innacurate anyway, so it is irrelevant. I just don't want biasness to show up in my poll.

Well, withing linear response and without cabin gain, it's a good way to compare one to another like helotaxi said.

I have built many enclosures that model in my room just like they do in winisd. Once placed in my car, they all seem to have similar characteristics with a boost from about 50hz and down.

EDIT: Oh, and my random guesses as to enclosure specs without having a clue on the driver would be this:

White: 6th Order BP tuned to 25 and 70 with about 1 cube rear chamber and .5 cube front chamber or equivalent proportion

Green: 6th order BP tuned to 22 and 80 with about 1.5 cube rear chamber and a .5 cube front chamber

Teal: 4th order BP tuned to 45 with small front and rear chambers.

Yellow: Obviously sealed

Red: Ported around 28hz probably around 1.5 cubes.

Your Spot on about the enclosure types for each color. tuning and specifics change a bit. Here are the exact particuliars. The sub is an SI Mag D2 12"
All enclosures have low pass (60hz) linkwitz 4th order filter. I plan on using dedicated midbass in my next setup, so I went low and steep on the filter. Signal power is 850W.

White: 6th order BP

Rear: 3.5 cuft @ 25hz, Front: .75 cuft @ 65hz

Green: EXACTLY the same as white except coils were wired for a 4 ohm load.

Teal: 4th order BP

Rear: 1.5 cuft Front 1 cuft @ 50hz

Red: Ported

Volume: 2 cuft @ 30hz (what the driver was in and sounded great in car)

Yellow: Obviously sealed

Volume: 1 cuft QTC = .65

I know it is a huge box but I think I will try the 6th order just to experiment and listen. It's power handling is attractive.

I know the mag is conservatively rated at 850RMS for mechanical limits in tuned enclosures. Does anyone have an aproximate to it's thermal max rating?

I know most say BPs aren't SQ oriented, but I just want to see how poor they perform. The response for the 6th order on a mag just seems nice. The output is nice, if it can maintain acceptable control, then it looks like a good SQL box. Only for hatches or SUVs though lol, because it is large. Many 15" ported boxes aren't even that big.
