if you were eating alot, you wouldnt be 165 mang. chips and salsa aint gonna cut it.thats what sucks is portion sizes. all growin up i was told to finish everything on the plate, dont waste food. im realizing now, that i eat ALOT. not really much crappy(ier) foods, but just alot OF food.
i like the steak and potatoes recomendation. learn to love eggs, tuna, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, and most important RED MEAT. right there is like 90% of my diet
