how is it more pure if the omega 3 fatty acids are what you are basically after? you can get it from fish or soy as a natural food source as well as flax seeds. not disagreeing, just asking.
not exactly true. eat the proper amount of calories needed to either gain, maintain, or lose the weight. as for eating every 3 hours, you want to get on a normal eating schedule where you dont spread out your calorie intake. in other words, dont splurge on three meals, spread the meals out over an even period of time and condition your body to know when it is going to g=be recieving calories. if your body goes extended periods without calories, it will take all the calories you give it and store them for later, as fat, which is harder to burn than raw calories. 5-6 meals a day is way better than the "normal" 3 meals a day. also try to make the meals close in caloric intake. if you dont want to get that involved, its not a huge deal, since you are trying to bulk up, you shouldnt need to monitor your calories as closely as if you were trying to lose. but be aware, when you start eating more frequently you often eat less naturally, so you are going to want to watch your calories for the irst week or so to make sure you are getting enough calories and protein to gain //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
